Sprints
Project Integration with External Systems
Any project created in ReleaseOwl can be associated with an external system such as JIRA.
Once integrated, you can:
Sync Sprints, User Stories, and Backlogs from the external system into ReleaseOwl.
Create Sprints, User Stories, and Backlogs directly within ReleaseOwl, independent of any external system.
Note: The changes made in the external system get synced to ReleaseOwl, but the changes made in ReleaseOwl do not sync back to the external system.
Syncing Sprints
To sync the sprints from an external system like JIRA, click Sync Sprints.

Once the sync is completed, the sprints created in the external system will appear in the ReleaseOwl app.

Creating a Sprint in ReleaseOwl
Click the Create Sprint link.
Enter the Sprint Name and click Save.

Sprint Details
The status of the sprint that is currently active or has already started will appear as Active.
Sprints that are in the pipeline will appear as Draft.
The Start Date and End Date of the active sprint appear under their respective columns in the grid.
